3-carat diamond rings are all the rage...but what about a 3-carat diamond station necklace? 🤩

Meg brought us an assortment of diamonds from home, including this aforementioned 3-carat stunner. To give her gems a new home, we helped her dream up a Perfectly Imperfect cluster pendant like none we've ever made before—featuring her big baddie of a diamond and an accent cluster on one side, giving the whole piece extra personality and sparkle.

Sometimes our cluster pendants play with composition through color, sometimes through size, and often through both—in the end, they're always about surprises, contrast, and creating a piece of custom jewelry that in the end is totally, utterly, uniquely you.

As a gift to his wife, our client sought to combine a diamond-studded gold sun with a beautiful 5-carat peridot, creating a one-of-a-kind pendant that would honor both their relationship and memorialize a lost loved one. No. 5: Mixed metals. No rules. 💛🤍

Mixed metals are having a moment, but their appeal goes beyond a fleeting trend. Bringing different-colored metals together in a piece of jewelry reimagines the rules and offers clients more ways to express their personal style and preferences. Choosing a metal is a creative decision and it doesn’t have to be singular—our clients have been mixing it up beautifully.

Contrasting tones can add depth, tension, and visual interest, frame and enhance a gemstone, or bring balance to a design. The approach works well in stacking rings and layered pieces. We love the warmth of yellow gold accents and the striking contrast of engraved yellow gold with smooth white gold. Mixed metals can give an heirloom a fresh update while preserving the character that makes it meaningful.

The rules are being rewritten, and the creativity possibilities are as individual as the client. Which combination feels most like you?
