Lock and Key is based on a new interpretation of a classic artisan tradition. By fusing Native American beading with classic ball and chain Lock and Key connects the past and present. It all began when Frank Perez, a wonderful man, who taught founder Tony Perrin the skill of beading. When he passed away his wife gave Tony his hand made loom and since then Tony has been looking for an opportunity t

o honor him. Each piece is hand beaded where the ball and chain interweaves with the beading. Named after a notable person in history with a big secret, each piece has a little secret of its own. With Lock and Key’s iconic lock charm finishing off each piece it begs to ask what’s your secret?

Love when Local On 2 has me over and this time to highlight the amazing collab with FALL Productions Our event next week is at 100 Taylor Arts Collective from 6-8pm. We’ll have mocktails, light notes, and creative discussion about our process. And…. A portion of jewelry sales will be going back to Fall.
